Bookkeeper for a Growing FinTech Firm – Hybrid role

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle accounts payable processing, including matching, batching and coding invoices
• Communicating with vendors on an as needed basis
• Cut checks and process ACH payments
• Accurately apply incoming payments
• Assist with collection efforts as needed
• Participate in month end close procedures as it relates to AP/AR

Experience Preferred:

• All levels encouraged to apply!
• Experience with Sage a plus!
• Intermediate Excel, v lookups and pivot tables a plus
• Able to work independently
