Bookkeeper - Midwest Retail Services - Consolidated Employer Services Recruiting

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Midwest Retail Services, an Ohio-based multi-line wholesale distributor of retail display fixtures, is currently seeking a Bookkeeper with accounts receivable and accounts payable experience to join our team. This position is integral to our company's operations and will be a new addition to our team. Our ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail and an insatiable desire to continuously learn. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Input of Customer Invoicing and Receipts
• Input of Vendor Invoices and Payments
• Employee Payroll Processing
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Regular Audits performed
• Build and pull reports as necessary
• Sales Tax Compliance through Avalara
• AP and AR management
• Other responsibilities as necessary

Work Location: Plain City office with hybrid opportunities after training

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 5 years
• Visual Merchandising experience a plus
