Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in QuickBooks to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks software.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure compliance with financial goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy.
- Provide support during audits and assist with the preparation of audit documents.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks software.
- Excellent knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and familiarity with payroll processing.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) is a plus.
