Compensation: $25-$27/hour ($52k-$56k)/annually DOE
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintaining and preparing financial records, tracking assets, liabilities, and other financial activities
- Performing AP/AR functions and month-end closings
- Reconciling general ledger accounts
- Managing and monitoring Trust account activities, including issuing settlement checks and refunds
- Handling business taxes, registrations, and payments
- Serving as a backup for billing
- Performing other assigned duties to support the accounting department
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- 5+ Years of Accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Approachable and team-oriented demeanor
- Proven confidentiality and trustworthiness
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- AR/AP experience, preferably within a law firm, is a plus
