Salary: $60-70K
Location: Franklin
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Fully in Office
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping businesses maintain accurate financial records.
Essential Functions:
- Provide accounting and bookkeeping support to client relationships.
- Close financials on a monthly basis to ensure timely reporting.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Consistently perform at high levels of excellence, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Problem-solve effectively, addressing any accounting or bookkeeping challenges.
- Communicate regularly with clients via email and phone, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Execute basic operational accounting tasks for clients, including recording and categorizing financial transactions.
- Reconcile client accounts on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the Tax Team to ensure smooth integration of financial data and compliance.
- Provide clients with insightful financial reports and updates as needed.
- An Accounting Degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience preferred, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
- Strong QuickBooks experience preferred
