PART TIME -  BOOKKEEPER / PAYROLL
CPA Firm is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper.
MUST HAVE WORKED IN PUBLIC ACCOUNTING

QUALIFICATIONS

• Expertise in QuickBooks.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with a CPA Firm
• All phases of accounting cycle through trial balance and financial statements.
• Payroll processing and postings
• Payroll tax filings.
• Monthly account analysis and reconciliations.
• Monthly, quarterly, yearly sales and usage tax filings.
• Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables
• General ledger, bank reconciliations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
