Pluriselect-usa, Inc in El Cajon (San Diego County) is seeking a Bookkeeper, Sales Processor and data transfer to new software program. Full-time. In office. All work is conducted on company’s computers and software.
Tasks
Bookkeeper
- General ledger reconciliation
- Accounts Payable:
- Matching and entry of vendor invoices
- Sales tax reconciliation, reports, and filing.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Collections
- Customer invoicing, tracking and payment processing
- Payment receipts
- Bank deposits
- Maintenance of AR Spreadsheets
- Weekly reporting: AP, AR, collections, and other projects
- Assist accountants during Audits and Tax preparation.
Sales orders: Enter orders, prepare invoices and shipping documents. Package and ship.
Inventory control: issue weekly reports on the status of inventory based upon present and past orders. Coordinate information with production schedules.
Transfer Data: Input data from Quickbooks into Odoo. The company is migrating from one software to another. Exact replication of data is essential. Keep a log of data migrated. The process of transferring data is expected to take 3 months.
Required Skills and Qualifications
MUST be well versed in Quickbooks and willing to learn new system, Odoo
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word,
- Must spell accurately, use correct grammar, write intelligibly.
- Fast accurate typing.
- Must speak clearly and enunciate so our international customers can comprehend.
- Be at ease and comply with professional speech, manners and dress.
- Be highly detailed and self-motivated, work independently.
- Must be disciplined and update TO DO Lists daily, without reminders.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs (boxes)
- Review Assignments and Tasks daily. Keep a log of unfinished tasks and the timeline for completion.
- Be at ease with documentation: Company Policy states: “If it is not on paper, it never happened.” Maintain order in all paperwork and file on paper and in the computer.
- Adhere to Quality Assurance policies and procedures. Comply with SOP’s.
- Adhere to Company Policy: Telephone requests are answered within the hour.
- E-mails are answered within 2 hours. Letters are addressed the same day.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must reside in San Diego, CA
- Have at least 4 years of comprehensive bookkeeping experience
- Degree in Business, Professional Certification (copies will be required)
- Minimum of Three Job References will be requested
Full Time: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Salary : starting $27.hr – commensurate with education and experience
