ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including collections and
credit management. - Manage daily financial transactions for accounts receivable and payable.
- Track and analyze AR performance metrics to ensure timely collections and maintain
cash flow. - Resolve escalated billing disputes professionally and promptly.
- Provide guidance and supervise the activities of the AP team; oversee timely and
accurate processing of invoices and payments - Oversee and process payroll, ensuring accurate employee compensation and timely
distribution. - Verify timecard submissions, address discrepancies, and ensure compliance with tax
and labor regulations. - Maintain and update payroll records, including benefits, deductions, and tax filings.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance on a monthly basis
- Work closely with operations, customer service, and other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Communicate with and provide requested documents to our CPA for income taxes.
- Pay sales tax
- Coordinate and support external audits and ensure timely completion of audit requests.
- Assess, and if necessary, implement additional operational controls. Maintain documentation of all processes
- Retain constant awareness of the agency's financial position and act to prevent problems and ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS FOR BOOKKEEPER:
- 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Service Titan, Certipay,
- Quickbooks or similar systems is a plus).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with clients and internal teams.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR BOOKKEEPER
This full-time position typically works a schedule of 7am – 4pm, with a 1 hour break and two paid 15 minute breaks.
