Bookkeeper from TemPositions Group Of Companies

Our client is seeking a Bookkeeper to join the company on a temporary basis for a couple of months, perhaps a bit longer.

 The responsibilities include: 

• Oversee all day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables bookkeeping responsibilities.
• Track the organization's accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Match, batch and code all payables.
• Perform basic accounting functions.
• Track all payments on multiple projects.
• Ensure that customers payments were posted before the project is started.
• Pay all utilities, vendors and travel and entertainment invoices.  
• Provide updated reporting regarding the AP and AR.
