Bookkeeper – Maintain Financial Accuracy and Integrity

CFS is partnering with our client in Agawam, MA to hire a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who will play a crucial role in managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the organization’s financial health. This Bookkeeper role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, numbers-driven environment.

Location: Agawam, MA (On-site)
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000/year

Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:

• Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare financial statements and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Process payroll and maintain employee expense records.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with team members to provide financial insights.

Preferred Bookkeeper Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in invoice processing and expense reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
