Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for organization and finance? Join our client's team as a Construction Bookkeeper/Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial and administrative backbone of their growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping and data entry tasks, including financial reporting, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Manage vendor documents such as W9s, vendor packets, and daily mail.
• Facilitate vendor and client communications.
• Handle clerical and administrative duties, including filing, greeting visitors, and managing the reception desk.
• Run errands such as filing and picking up permits.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain a professional manner in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in construction finance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks specific to construction, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge: Understanding of cost codes, materials, and invoices with the ability to visualize and connect the dots between them.
• Personal Traits: Highly organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented with a passion for excellence and loyalty to the team.
