Responsibilities:
- Hours: Full-Time Monday - Friday
- Location: Trenton, NJ
- Compensation : $50,000+/annually

Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work effectively and independently in a very fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Multitasking
- Ability to learn fast
- Highly organized and very detail-oriented
- 2-3 years of experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (some College degree preferable)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of appropriate software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,
- Microsoft PowerPoint ,Adobe Acrobat and Quick Books is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
- Willingness to go above and beyond, and work as a part of the team
- Ability to follow and execute systems currently in place
Responsibilities:
- Issuing Invoices
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Creation of mailing/emailing of monthly Statements
- Making Bank Deposits and assist with banking operations
- Payroll
- Remittance of Payroll and Monthly taxes
- Maintenance of Checkbooks
- Collections
- Verifies and compiles deposits and enters accordingly
- Assisting with quote follow up
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, data entry, etc.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Create payment schedules
- Create a plan of upcoming operations
- Data entry and documentation filling
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 Per Year
