Louisville Gardens located in Louisville, Ohio is seeking an energetic, responsible and motivated professional that has the desire and drive to be our Business Office Manager (BOM)/Admissions Assistant.
Required qualifications for Business Office Manager (BOM)/Admissions Assistant:
- Prefer 2-3 years of experience as Business Office and Admissions Assistant in skilled nursing care.
- Organizational and attention to detail is a must
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
- Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
- Key position working with other personnel, residents, families, government agencies and insurance companies.
- Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Windows, Word and Excel
- Ability to implement and consistently administer programs, policies and procedures
