Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Body Shop Estimator to join our automotive team at CARSTAR OF STERLING HEIGHTS. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and delivering a delightful user experience. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and market knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:

• Write estimates on damaged vehicles using the latest software
• Provide a detailed repair plan
• Communicate with parts manager to get an ETA on job completion
• Serve customers by providing service and product information
• Ensure customer satisfaction and pleasant user experience
