Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide a warm and friendly welcome to the body shop
• Conduct initial walk-throughs with customers and document any damages or concerns
• Communicate with insurance companies to facilitate the repair process
• Schedule appointments and provide customers with updates on their vehicle's repair status
• Monitor and manage repair timelines to ensure timely completion
• Communicate any delays or changes in repair timelines to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and organized records of repairs and customer interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of basic automotive repairs and terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
