About the Job
Development responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, and ensure training courses address all levels of customers in the use of company products/services.
- Designs course outlines, gathers supporting technical documentation and develop course work and trainer notes.
- Interfaces with curriculum development team and peers to develop specifications for course content.
- Evaluates and provides feedback on the effectiveness of training curriculum delivered.
- Report and redevelop changes due to diagnostic updates ISPi.
Instructional duties to include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare Training materials and daily instructional preparations (including body shells, vehicles, and training assets).
- Plan and direct classroom training electronic learning multimedia programs and other computer aided instructional technologies.
- Facilitate conferences and workshops.
- Continually enhance technical instructional delivery, presentation skills, and technical expert knowledge with BMW Group vehicle systems and diagnostic technology.
Ensure BMW Group training falls within facilities standards:
- Classroom/workshop are maintained to a high level.
- All necessary tools, equipment, vehicles, classrooms, and workshops are in working order and can safely be used to
- train students as per instructor policies and procedure manual.
- Maintains quality of training provision by following and implementing required training standards.

The pay range for this role is $74,831 - $87,642.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

- Associate degree in automotive/Collision technology, and/or post-secondary automotive/collision certificate or 5 years as a BMW Master Body and Paint technician.
- 5+ years as a collision repair technician specializing in paintless dent repair, refinishing and structural repairs of aluminum and steel.
- Competency with the following:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Communicator InfoNet/DealerNet applications.
- BMW Group diagnostic equipment & programs including but not limited to; ISTA, ISTA/D, TSARA.
