About the Job

We are seeking part-time Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide supervision services at our outpatient center, with competitive pay ($55-$65+/hr) and eligibility for a sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include:

Providing direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists

Designing and updating ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans

Analyzing ABA data and implementing program changes

Communicating with parents and coordinating with the Program Manager

Offering training for parents and staff

Requirements:

Master's Degree and BCBA certification

Experience with children with autism

Strong organizational skills and a passion for helping children
