About the Role:
The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position offers a unique blend of remote work with quarterly travel requirements, promoting flexibility and work-life balance. As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Monthly travel and in-person supervision are integral parts of the role, ensuring high-quality support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized teaching programs based on individual client needs.
Document observations and contacts, continuously improving treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and professional standards.
Provide mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavioral Technicians.
Conduct assessments and parent training sessions regularly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent support services for clients.
Remote Working Conditions:
Personal laptop/desktop with up-to-date antivirus software.
HIPAA-compliant work practices to safeguard patient information.
Reliable internet connection for remote work.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Ability to obtain LBA licensure in Virginia.
1 year of experience in applied behavior analysis and autism intervention preferred.
Willingness to travel locally for in-person supervision and meetings.
Experience with remote clinical assessments and parent training is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills required.
