Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality behavioral analysis and intervention services, primarily focusing on individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role involves developing personalized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance clients' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Evaluation:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' behavioral strengths and challenges.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

Behavioral Intervention:
- Design and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to clients' needs.
- Provide direct therapy and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Collaboration:
- Work with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate services.

Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with ethical and legal standards.
- Prepare reports required for insurance billing and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis, preferably with individuals with ASD or other developmental disorders.
- Experience in developing treatment plans and supervising support staff.

- Strong understanding of ABA principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop effective behavior intervention plans.
