Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
Location: Frederick County School District
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week during school hours
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team within the Frederick County School District. The ideal candidate will work with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, providing patient care, behavioral health assessments, and data collection to support treatment plans.
Duties:
- Maintain an active caseload with 120 billable utilization hours per month, including supervision, treatment planning, and parent training.
- Provide behavior analytic supervision to ABA therapists, BTs, or RBTs working 1:1 with students, utilizing evidence-based supervision techniques.
- Administer skills assessments, including preference and reinforcer assessments.
- Develop programming to help students achieve their treatment goals and create individualized behavior support plans.
- Conduct family training sessions and ensure clarity for families with limited experience in applied behavior analysis.
- Set up data collection systems and ensure ongoing, accurate data collection.
- Attend team meetings to coordinate care and report on current behavioral levels.
- Lead others in behavior crisis situations using behavior analytic principles.
- Uphold the organization’s core principles of holistic and individualized clinical techniques.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification: Passed the BACB exam for behavior analysts.
- Current 8-hour supervision certificate: Certified to provide supervision to RBTs with supervisory experience.
- Experience creating behavior support plans and administering various skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS).
- Familiarity with school processes, including the IEP process (meetings, goals, benchmarks).
- Experience collaborating with professionals in a school setting.
- Experience working with children with various diagnoses and skill deficits (e.g., ASD, EBD, developmental disabilities).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
