Location: Harrisburg, IL
Service Areas: Home and Clinic Services
Hours: 28-34 billable hours weekly (110-120 monthly)
Salary: $82,481 - $91,799 annually (based on experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Harrisburg, IL. The BCBA will provide comprehensive behavioral analysis services in both home and clinic settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges through evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Planning:
- Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify individual needs.
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to adjust intervention plans as needed.

Direct Service Delivery:
- Provide direct behavioral therapy and interventions to clients in home and clinic settings.
- Implement individualized behavior plans and monitor client progress.
- Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors.

Supervision and Training:
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.
- Ensure the fidelity of behavior intervention plans through regular observations and feedback.
- Provide ongoing professional development and training to staff and caregivers.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and share progress.
- Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, session notes, and other required reports.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems to manage client data.
- Prepare and present progress reports and recommendations to clients, families, and other team members.

Compliance and Ethics:
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and current state licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services, preferably in home and clinic settings.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and interventions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis software.
