Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Locations: Iowa City, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Altoona, or Sioux City, Iowa

Salary: $70,000 - $105,000 annually (based on experience level)

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead assessments of strengths and deficits to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide oversight and supervision to a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to each child's care.
• Continuously pursue learning and growth opportunities within the field of human behavior.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree with active BCBA certification in the state of Iowa.
• Previous experience conducting behavioral and developmental assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and FBAs, is strongly preferred.
