Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Flint, MI
Salary: $70,000-90,000 annually (based on experience level)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 if hired prior to July 1, 2024

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
- Develop and implement behavioral interventions.
- Train staff and families on implementing behavioral interventions.
- Monitor, train, and adjust individualized plans continuously.
- Work primarily with children exhibiting challenging behavior.
- Provide direct oversight of interventions by technician staff, direct care, and/or parents.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, on-site.

Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in the state of Michigan without restriction.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a BCBA.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
- DCH qualifications as a Child Mental Health Service Professional.
