Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. This position combines remote work with in-person responsibilities, offering flexibility while maintaining a hands-on approach to client care. In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring the highest quality of care. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
- Conduct assessments and data analysis to track client progress.
- Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Must have active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.
License/Certification:
- BCBA (Required)
