Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, specializing in evidence-based behavior change for students with disabilities.
Location: Malvern, PA
Hours: 3-4 Days a Week (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
This role involves providing direct assistance to educational staff, administrators, behaviorists, students, and parents in the areas of behavior change using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and addressing challenging behaviors of students. The BCBA will develop positive behavior support plans, ensure fidelity of implementation, and provide individual and group training sessions. This position requires participation in IEP meetings and collaboration with school and agency personnel.
Responsibilities:
Conduct and support functional behavior assessments and analyses
Develop and implement positive behavior support plans
Provide expertise and consultation regarding behavior modification
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and behavior intervention committees
Conduct effective staff and parent/family training sessions
Maintain accurate documentation based on best practices within ABA
Qualifications:
Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) required
Prior experience working with students with special needs and writing FBAs and BSPs, preferred
Strong applied behavior analysis skills
Experience with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and significant challenging behaviors
Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and writing Positive Behavior Support Plans
Ability to provide BCBA supervision as needed
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and data collection/analyzing platforms
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
