About the Role: The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides care and mentorship to clients and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs), ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. Responsibilities include delivering behavior services, conducting assessments, and leading behavior intervention plans.
Schedule and Compensation:
- On-site, weekdays, 40 hours/week
- Salary: $68,000-$71,000/year, based on experience
- Up to 8% annual bonus potential
- 403b retirement plan with up to 4% company match
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification and graduate degree in behavior analysis
- 1+ year experience with children/adults in behavior analysis
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Work Environment: Requires physical activity, crisis management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
