Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Foxborough, MA

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team. Responsibilities include:

Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans

Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention strategies

Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals

Providing training and supervision to staff and caregivers

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Current BCBA certification

Strong communication and analytical skills
