Job Description:
The Blue Yonder Developer is responsible for all aspects of application development including business analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support as it relates to Blue Yonder. This individual will work alongside the development team and key stakeholders to carry out the development lifecycle as RaceTrac implements Blue Yonder.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, tests and debugs solutions for WMS / WLM instances
- Acting as the SME for any WMS rollout projects
- Updates and maintains legacy applications according to business requirements.
- Review product functional specifications and make suggestions for improvement.
- Builds ad-hoc queries and reports for internal customers based on business needs.
- Adheres to established project plans and timelines while delivering a quality end product.
- Maintain quality code through component testing and response to integration testing.
- Consult with field engineers to problem-solve software issues and suggest solutions.
- Participate in design reviews, project planning and scheduling.
- Consults with other developers to develop an integrated and efficient design.
- May mentor junior level resources.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years’ experience in development of JDA/Blue Yonder required
- 1-2 years experience with Snowflake (administering and/or querying against snowflake database)
- Experience with PDI Warehouse highly preferred
- Degree from a 4-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
- .net, C#, SQL Server, HTML, Java and MOCA Script experience
- Experience with REST and SOAP API’s preferred
- Experience with JasperSoft Reporting and Nice label (Label designer) preferred
- Working Knowledge of Agile methodology and Microsoft DevOps
- Ability to integrate the solution with other systems, such as ERP, WLM or CRM (Customer systems)
- Working knowledge of programming technologies and of working in a distributed team environment
- Must have experience with modern user interface design and development
- Experience developing against MS Office Suite
