Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure business processes developed from business/data requirement documentation adhere to industry best practices and align with client objectives and business model. Oversee collection and analysis of necessary data from various sources
- Perform detailed discovery sessions with business users to understand and document configuration requirements, including: the customers TM supply chain network, operating model, system landscape, planning processes as well as objectives and targets for JDA / Blue Yonder Demand and Supply / Fulfilment implementation.
- Translate business requirements into JDA / Blue Yonder application specifications, following supply chain industry trends and best practices.
- Select standard functionalities and design data model changes, solution configuration and customizations.
- Lead solution blueprinting and detailed design activities.
- Assign configuration tasks to project members according to their skills, review deliverables and track completion.
- Apply advanced mathematical models to address customer requirements.
- Understand Supply Chain Industry trends and benchmark customers performance against the same.
- Support data management and data integration activities, including source systems data transformation, data loading, data cleanup and validation.
- Assess project performance and document lessons learned to increase institutional knowledge. Ensure solutions team adheres to JDA / Blue Yonder methodologies and quality standards.
Education and Required Experience:
- Overall 10-15 years of experience
- 5+ years of experience implementing any supply chain Advanced Planning Solutions JDA / Blue Yonder (must) and others like o9, Blue Yonder, OMP, E2Open, etc.
- Certified as a JDA / Blue Yonder Demand / Fulfilment Planning or has completed all requirements for JDA / Blue Yonder DF planning Functional certification.
- Firsthand experience in leading a team through 1-2 full lifecycle implementations of a supply chain planning solution including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, testing, go-live/cutover, hyper care, and value realization.
- Experience in Agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise solutions.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in supply chain operations.
- Thorough understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, etc.), KPIs and best practices in supply chain planning.
- Strong analytical skills, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large volumes of data.
- Ability to communicate mathematical, technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited background / knowledge on the subject.
- Ability to drive and work in cross-functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones and across multiple hierarchy levels.
