About the Job
Process billing and invoicing for business-to-business customers. Liaise with colleagues and coordinate, organize, administer, and manage the workload. Processing billing transactions, producing bills precisely and on time, and reconciling accounts receivable are all part of the role.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update checklists and invoice summaries.
- Review contracts and service agreements to ensure billing accuracy.
- Review payment status of each customer and report to management.
- Email reminder to each customer for past due invoice(s).
- Process B2B customer issues within 1 business day of reporting.
- Report to management if there is any dispute or discrepancy.
- Respond to B2B customer issues as advised by management.
- Provide support to other accounting team members and colleagues.
- Backup support to other accounting team members.
- Attend regular meetings.
- Provide regular reporting to management.
- Other requests as specified from time to time.

WORK AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience.
- Knowledge of UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- QuickBooks knowledge a plus but not required.
