Job Title: Production Operator / Assembly Line Worker

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare paste and process formulas according to specifications.
• Efficiently read and interpret control instruments to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor and record temperature, pump pressures, and gauge readings.
• Perform necessary adjustments to maintain optimal production conditions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
