Biotech Patent Attorney at Randstad USA

A boutique IP law firm has a need for a Biotechnology Patent Attorney. In this role you will support biotech clients with their patent prosecution needs.  This is a remote role but candidates must be in the St. Louis market. Position requires: (a) BS in Biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering, molecular biology, cellular biology or biochemistry; (b) 1 years of patent prosecution experience; (c) ability to independently work a docket right away; (d) USPTO license; (e) VA license or the ability to waive in.  Billable hour minimum is 1800. Includes a base salary, bonus, and excellent benefits, including profit sharing.
