They will possess strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences as well as the ability to work collaboratively or independently as needed.
Job Description
Support data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for analysis
Develop and validate statistical code to support the analysis of clinical study data
Conduct statistical analyses using appropriate techniques
Assist with developing and executing statistical analysis plans, study protocols, and comprehensive reports
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data analyses by adhering to best practices and quality control standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support
Interpret and summarize results clearly for internal and external clients
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards in the preparation of documentation
Stay current on statistical techniques, tools, and industry trends
Core Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, or data science
Proficient in statistical programming languages such as SAS and R, with the capability and willingness to learn new tools as required
Experience in data manipulation, linking, and analysis
Demonstrated ability utilizing Microsoft office suite
Broad understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies relevant to clinical research
Ability to think critically, solve problems effectively, and maintain attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Desired
Master’s degree preferred
Medical imaging or dermatology knowledge/background
Familiarity with mixed models and test-retest reliability methodology and with the regulatory processes is advantageous
