Bioprocess Test Engineer at Compunnel Inc.

We are hiring for our client in the biotechnology industry.

Responsibilities:

• Execute test protocols on new product designs to ensure comprehensive verification and validation of product requirements.
• Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to project teams and leads.
• Operate testing equipment with best practices in testing and measurement, including environmental testing, aging studies, data acquisition, tensile/load testing, and measurement diagnostics.
• Provide feedback to engineering teams, detailing test methods, observed deviations, potential product non-compliances, and associated risks.
• Troubleshoot lab issues as they arise and work toward effective resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in new product development or the bioprocess industry.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with a solid understanding of mechanical systems and testing procedures.
• Experience with the full product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, integration, and testing.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and collaborate with diverse project teams.
