Job Title: Biologist

Duration: 06 Months
Responsibilities:
Conduct experiments to identify and validate drug targets.
Support assay design, optimization, validation, and data analyses.
Design and execute molecular and cell biology experiments.
Troubleshoot and analyze complex data in support of drug discovery projects.
Presentation of results and conclusions both orally and written.
Qualifications:
BS or MS in immunology, cell biology, or related field with 3 or more years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry, or an academic institute
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with immunology research technologies: human whole blood, primary human and mouse/rat leukocyte isolation, cellular activation and differentiation, cytokine assays (MSD, ELISA), confocal/image-related techniques, etc.
Strong background in designing and conducting multi-color flow cytometry, as well as analyzing FACS-based experiments.
Deep understanding of in vitro assays and assay development.
Experience with genomic and proteomic assays: DNA and RNA isolation, qPCR, single-cell assays, western blot, etc.
Ability to independently design and complete experiments, analyze, interpret, and present experimental data.
Familiarity with Client FACS and Spectral flow cytometry.
