Your Mission
As a proactive leader, you'll:
- Guide and Develop: Lead your department, hiring, training, and mentoring your team to success.
- Innovate and Coordinate: Synchronize departmental schedules and activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Financial Stewardship: Monitor budgets and manage purchases effectively to maintain operational efficiency.
- Detailed Oversight: Oversee documentation from batch records to logbooks, ensuring precision and accountability.
- Streamlined Processes: Contribute to creating and auditing SOPs, ensuring regulatory harmony.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate performance metrics to advise management on optimization.
- Problem Solving: Analyze production issues and implement viable solutions efficiently.
- Regulatory Compliance: Uphold standards such as cGMP, OSHA, and more, ensuring thorough adherence.
Your Path to Success
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Showcase your leadership journey with at least one year leading teams.
- Bring your mastery of SAP/ERP systems and document management to the table.
- Apply your knack for continuous improvement and meticulous detail orientation.
- Show proficiency with MS Office and readiness to master in-house systems.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
