Qualifications and responsibilities for this BIM/VDC Foreman/Superintendent position include:

5+ years of experience in BIM, 3D modeling, construction technology, or a related field.
Superior knowledge of BIM technologies and their impact on the AEC industry.
Experience with Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and some AutoCAD.
Mechanical piping or MEP project experience preferred.
Managing project lead for production of Revit models and deliverables.
Performing quality control of BIM models and drawings.
Managing internal Navisworks clash detection and model coordination.
Coordinating weekly information exchange across project teams.

Salary: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus year-end bonus potential.
