Position OverviewAs a BIM Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting virtual design, BIM coordination, and construction efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless digital modeling and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate BIM processes to optimize project planning and execution
• Conduct clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts among architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Work with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of design changes and updates.
• Assist project teams in integrating virtual models into scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Ensure all BIM and virtual design efforts adhere to industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in BIM coordination, virtual design, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
