Are you passionate about BIM and looking for an exciting new opportunity? Seeking a BIM Modeler/Technician to serve as a single point of contact between the field, BIM team, and the shop for BIM projects.
Location: Butler, WI (53007)
Hours: Mon-Fri, ~ 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: ~ $31.25/hr--$40.87/hr ($65,000--$85,000/year)
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between field, BIM team, and shop for BIM projects
• Communicate with engineers, field foremen, project managers, and general contractors
• Develop internal schedules and ensure deadlines are met with high-quality drawings
• Assist with RFIs and attend kick-off, design, and fab meetings
• Create 3D BIM drawings from 2D plans, accurately displaying electrical installations
• Prepare detailed installation and prefabrication drawings
• Attend coordination meetings with other trades, including some travel to job sites
• Setup Navisworks files and create clash detection sets with other building systems

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or higher
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Ability to read and understand design and construction documents
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly

Preferred:

• High proficiency in Revit
