Qualifications and responsibilities for this BIM Coordinator opportunity include:

• 3+ years of BIM Coordination and related experience
• Strong base knowledge of electrical contracting, high-rise construction, and the multifamily residential construction market desired
• Must be fluent in Revit
• Ability to read electrical plans and specifications, and familiarity with a variety of electrical systems and terminology
• Knowledge of building components and systems
• Assist in compiling as-built drawings and coordinating with team members to resolve project issues
• Utilize Revit & CAD to create electrical coordination drawings, including site power layouts, electrical room layouts, and more
• Compile detailed project coordination drawings for various electrical components and work with the engineering department on permit drawings
• Produce 3D models for MEP coordination, attend and review design clashes in coordination meetings, and update drawings as required
• Please note, this position is NOT remote or hybrid

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with weekly pay!
