Title: Billing Supervisor
Location: Regional, Southeastern Area (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm
Description:
• The Billing Supervisor will oversee and manage billing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all billing processes.
• This role requires the ability to lead a team, analyze financial information, and provide recommendations for process improvement.
• The individual will also collaborate across departments to ensure the timely and accurate execution of billing activities and may participate in special projects as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Supervise billing operations, ensuring all processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze financial data and make informed recommendations to improve processes.
• Manage and mentor a team, overseeing complex workflows and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Utilize and manage data in advanced spreadsheet tools, employing functions like pivot tables and macros.
• Collaborate and lead effectively within a team environment to meet organizational goals.
• Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain high levels of customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
• Apply general accounting principles related to billing, invoicing, and investment processes.
• Cross-train on departmental functions and contribute to special projects.
• Initiate and manage departmental projects, providing thorough diagnostics and detailed resolutions.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Five to ten years of relevant experience in billing or financial operations.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, including formula building, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with wealth management software is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
• Proven leadership experience in managing people and processes.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with investment and trading concepts.
• Experience in handling complex projects and departmental initiatives.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change efficiently.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $90000-$115000
