The Patient Financial Services Department is seeking a full-time Billing Supervisor to lead a team in hospital and clinic billing. The ideal candidate will manage the billing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely billing for patient services.

Essential Duties:

Implement enhancements and training for billing software systems.

Manage Denial/Audit Applications to reduce billing denials.

Train and monitor staff performance and expectations.

Serve as the primary contact for system best practices.

Prepare reports to meet AR goals and fill in for absent staff.

Conduct performance reviews and manage staff attendance.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree and three years of relevant experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and retirement plans.
