Requirements
- 2-4 years of Billing experience or Accounts Receivable
- Hands on Experience with Sage Intacct
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Job Description:
- Generate and distribute accurate invoices in a timely manner using Sage Intacct
- Track payments and manage accounts receivable balances to ensure timely collection.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations to maintain billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Address client inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on billing activity, accounts receivable aging, and cash flow.
