Key Responsibilities: 

• Secure documentation required to complete payments on claims 

• Assist claims team in collections procedures 

• Guarantee accurate payment and reporting to secure proper reimbursement and/or penalties 

• Communicate clearly and research thoroughly to complete appeals 

• Serve as a liaison for all goodwill correspondence 

• Collaborate with Financial Counselors to ensure claim corrections and positive patient service 

Qualifications: 

• Effective and helpful relational communication skills 

• Proficient, precise data entry 

• Ability to multitask and pivot based on priorities 

• Medical field experience is preferred
