Billing Specialist - RK Real Estate Investments LLC

RB Humphreys, INC., a 62-year-old transportation/freight firm is looking for a billing specialist:

Job Duties:

• Processing weekly settlements for our company drivers
• Review paperwork needed to bill customers
• Bill each load to the proper customer 
• Scan and file all paperwork to its appropriate folders 
• If paperwork is missing follow up with the shipper/receiver/driver
• Finalize company driver payroll to be processed 
• Respond to any concerns from drivers before the payroll deadline
• Respond to any concerns from customers regarding paperwork 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficiency with office applications and aptitude for learning new software and systems
