Billing Specialist at KBW Financial

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company in North Andover, MA that is searching for a Billing Specialist to join their growing team. Our client is opening this position due to recent growth and is looking to expand their billing team to maintain current and future business workload.

The responsibilities for the Billing Specialist position will include but will not be limited to

• Assisting with Billing and AR duties
  
• Reconciliation of accounts 
  
• Follow up and solve AR discrepancies
  
• Assist with updating aging reports
  
• Ad hoc accounting tasks when needed
  

• 2+ years of experience of AR or Billing experience
• Must have prior working QuickBooks experience
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus! (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
