Billing Specialist - Equix, Inc.

Equix Integrity Southeast provides services to the Water/Wastewater collection systems industry, to both the public and private sectors. Our team of professionals have decades of experience in the Clean & TV, Inspection, Rehabilitation and Cross Bore markets. We have a current opening for a Billing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Create invoices for work orders and invoice through SAP
• Resolve billing discrepancies or missing support documentation
• Monitor invoice workload daily to ensure invoices are processed timely
• Monitor SAP workflow and follow up with invoice approvers regarding pending invoices
• Respond to customer invoice inquiries
• Work closely with Project Managers and Coordinators to resolve invoice issues impacting timely payments
• Review Pay Applications to ensure that all work invoiced is processed and paid timely
• Review and streamline the process of the invoicing process
• Follow up on past due payments
• Understand the flow of work through Viewpoint software, extract and analyze reports, troubleshoot issues with the program
• Organize, track and manage business and contractor licensing along with continuing education requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Construction contract billing experience preferred
• Works with minimal supervision and direction
• Ability to identify issues, analyze data, develop, recommend, and implement solutions
• Possesses initiative, decision-making skills, and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Office 365, SAP, and SharePoint
