Exciting opportunity alert! Are you a detail-oriented professional with a background in Accounting? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an AR Billing Specialist. This role involves collaborating with clients and team members to ensure accurate billing processes and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and reviewing invoices
- Resolving billing inconsistencies
- Maintaining databases and billing documents
- Updating client accounts
- Providing top-notch customer service
- Performing research and recordkeeping
- Distributing client invoices accurately and promptly
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional mathematical skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in AR billing
Tools & Technology Proficiency:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- ERP/billing software (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred)
- Virtual platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom
