Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist Role:

• Work Order Management: Oversee the processing of work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of associated tasks.
• Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Work with internal teams to address billing concerns and resolve discrepancies.
• System and Documentation Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and documentation within various systems, ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Preferred Qualifications of the Staff Accountant Role:

• High school education
• 1 - 3 years of progressive billing experience
• Detail oriented
• General Microsoft Office experience

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range is $45,000 to $49,920
• On site, in office role in Cleveland, Ohio
