Role Overview

Full Circle Property Management is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join its team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the finance and accounting functions within a high-energy, deadline-driven workplace. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a positive and client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Finance and Accounting Manager.
• Manage accounts receivable processes, including processing payments (checks, credit cards, and debit cards), bank deposits, journal entries, and related tasks.
• Handle accounts payable, including payment processing, journal entries, and other accounting-related entries as needed.
• Utilize and maintain proficiency in Yardi accounting software or quickly learn its functions.
• Generate timely and accurate accounts receivable reports for clients and customers.
• Process and complete monthly billing statements.
• Conduct research on accounting-related items, including both internal and external communications.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and other tasks as requested.

Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting experience is desirable but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a client-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse personalities in a professional manner.
• Capability to work independently and remain focused on tasks.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Yardi accounting software.
